Willow: There's something between us.
It-it wasn't something I was looking for.
It's just powerful. And it's totally different from what Oz and I have.

夜晚降臨，Tara下課後回到寢室，猶豫著要不要打電話給Willow，Willow也一樣猶豫不決要不要打給Tara，就在她決定拿起電話打出去時，正好聽到寢室的門傳來敲門聲。她掛上電話，跑去開門，Oz已經站在門口等她了。
Oz: Hey.
歐茲：嘿。
Willow: (nervous) Hey.
薇珞：（緊張）嘿。
兩人沉默了一下，Oz本來看來凝重的臉，露出微笑。
Willow: So... you wanna come inside?
薇珞：那……你要進來嗎？
Oz: Actually, I want you to come outside. I
wanna show you something.
歐茲：事實上，我希望妳出來。我要給妳看個東西。
接著，Willow和Oz兩人就漫步在校園裡，夜裡很冷，Willow穿了一件大衣披在身上。走著走著，Willow停下腳步，轉頭問。
Willow: Oz.. This is all so weird. I-I-I feel like...
this isn't really happening. Like it's a dream or, or something
薇珞：Oz。這真的是太奇怪了。我、我覺得這……這不像真的。好像在作夢或什麼的。
Oz: It's real. Look up.
歐茲：（感性）這是真的。看上面。
Willow: What?
薇珞：（疑惑）什麼？
Oz: (smiling) Look at the sky.
歐茲：（微笑）看天空。
Willow於是抬頭往天上一看，天上是一輪滿月。Oz接著解釋：
Oz: I guess you stopped keeping track of 'em
after I left.
歐茲：我想妳在我走了之後就停止紀錄陰晴圓缺了。
Willow一臉驚訝地低頭看回原本月圓會變身成狼人的Oz。
Willow:
Full moon.
薇珞：是滿月。
Oz: Full moon.
歐茲：（點點頭）滿月。
Willow更加疑惑。
Willow: Full moon, but-but how? I mean (smiling)
you did it! How, how did you do it? Where did you go?
薇珞：是滿月，但、但是你怎麼辦到的？（開心地笑了起來）我是說，你成功了！！你怎麼辦到的？你去了哪裡？
Oz: It's a long
story.
歐茲：說來話長。
Willow再度往天空看了一眼，再看看Oz現在沒變身的模樣，興奮之情溢於言表。
Willow: Oh my god, Oz!
薇珞：我的天啊，Oz！
Willow開心地擁抱Oz，Oz也抱著他，閉上眼睛，感受Willow在他的懷中。抱了一下，Willow趕緊抽身，表情又變得不大自然。
Willow: This is... I mean, it's wonderful for
you.
薇珞：這真是……這真是太好了。
Oz: I talked to Xander, and he said you
didn't have a new guy.
歐茲：我跟Xander聊過了，他說妳沒交新男友。
Willow皺了皺眉頭，眼神看向旁邊。
Willow: No. No new...
guy.
薇珞：沒。沒有新的……男朋友。
Oz露出開心的微笑，他握起Willow的手。
Oz: I know what I put you through, and I'm
not gonna push. But I am... a different person than when I left. And I can be
what you need now.
歐茲：我知道我帶給妳很多傷痛，我會慢慢來的。但是……現在的我跟從前的我很不一樣。我現在可以成為妳想要的人了。
聽了Oz的話之後，Willow卻是一臉悲傷，說不出話來。
Oz: That's what I want. That's why I'm here.
歐茲：那就是我要的。所以我才回來了。
天已經亮了，Willow和Oz一整夜都待在Willow的寢室內聊天，Willow蓋著被子靠著枕頭倚在床上，Oz則是坐在床尾面對著他。這時Willow正看著某樣Oz拿給他的小東西。
Willow: I love this.
薇珞：我愛死這個了。
Oz: A woman in Tibet traded it to me for the
Radiohead record. Got a lot of mileage out of the barter system.
歐茲：這是我用「電台司令」唱片跟一個西藏女人交換的。以物易物，讓我撈到了寶。
接著Oz又跟Willow說他在世界各地尋找變身成狼人的方法，他經歷了很多事情，最後是在西藏找到了解答，不只靠一些符咒和草藥，他並學習誦經和「保持內心寧靜」就不會變成狼人的技巧。他的經歷讓Willow嘖嘖稱奇。
Willow: It's incredible. You've been all around the world.
You've had this ... complete mind/body transformation. I've just been here.
(Chuckle) Same old Sunnydale.
薇珞：這真是太不可思議了。你已經環遊了全世界。你的身心已經完全變得不一樣了。而我還待在這裡。（笑）一成不變的太陽谷。
Oz: Doesn't mean you haven't gone through a lot.
歐茲：這並不代表妳經歷得不多。
Willow: It's true. Some of it, you know, was me telling myself I hated
you and cursing your name. Not literally.
薇珞：的確。我心裡有個聲音告訴我，我恨你，我詛咒你的名字。我沒真的詛咒啦。
Oz: Well, thanks for that.
歐茲：（笑）真是謝了。
Willow: And, I don't know, I - I think I'm
getting better at my spells and stuff. I have a friend, we kind of help each
other...
薇珞：（撥了一下頭髮）而且，我不知道，我、我想的我的咒語功力進步了。我有一個朋友，我們彼此互相幫了很多……
Oz凝望著Willow，Willow深吸了一口氣，看看窗外。
Willow: It's so light out.
薇珞：天好亮。
Oz: Yeah, we talked all night.
歐茲：對，我們聊了一整晚。
Oz說完又凝望著Willow。
Willow: Well, I believe a manly sized breakfast is in
order, don't you?
薇珞：（趕緊說）嗯，我想我們應該來一份超大客的早餐，你說是吧？
Oz: Or we could just...
歐茲：或者我們可以……
Oz伸手握住Willow的手，她因為Oz這突然的舉動，倒抽了一口氣。Oz眼神變得很柔和。
Oz: Sleep a little while.
歐茲：一起睡一會兒。
Willow看來神情有點不知所措，望著Oz。
Oz: Whatever you want.
歐茲：（溫柔）全看妳決定。
Willow深呼吸了一口，笑了一下。
Willow: I'll have the less confusing waffles
right now.
薇珞：我想現在還是該吃吃鬆餅吧，比較簡單。
Oz把手抽了回來，起身。
Oz: Breakfast it is.
歐茲：那就去吃早餐吧。
他們兩個都站了起來。Willow去桌邊拿了她的盥洗用具。
Willow: Lemme just, ah, freshen up.
薇珞：我先去梳洗一下。
Willow打開房門，拿著盥洗用具離開。Oz看著她關上門，表情看來很開心，才發了一下呆，門口傳來了敲門聲。他走過去開門，一開門看到是Tara站在門口。Tara則是見到應門的是Oz，露出驚訝的表情。
Tara: Oh, sorry, I-I-I'll come back.
泰拉：喔，對不起，我、我待會再來。
Oz: Are you looking for Willow? She's just
in the bathroom down the hall.
歐茲：妳是要找Willow嗎？她在走廊盡頭的盥洗室。
Tara望著Oz，一步步地往後退，表情很不自然，閃避著Oz的眼神。
Tara: No, no. No, it's, it's okay.
泰拉：不、不用了。沒、沒關係。
Oz: I saw you at Giles' yesterday.
歐茲：我昨天在Giles家有看到妳。
Tara: Yeah. Sometimes Willow takes me with her to the
s-scoobies.
Tara：（趕緊解釋）對。有時後Willow會帶我去跟她的死黨們在一起。
Oz指指房內。
Oz: You sure you don't wanna come in?
歐茲：妳確定妳不進來嗎？
Tara很緊張地趕緊搖搖頭，然後轉身就離開，Oz只好滿臉疑惑地關上門，沒多久，Willow梳洗回來，看到了表情很奇怪的Oz。
Willow: What?
薇珞：怎樣？
Oz: Your friend came by. The blonde girl?
But she wouldn't stay.
歐茲：妳的朋友剛來過。那個金髮女孩？但是她不肯留下來。
Oz邊說邊回頭拿他的外套。
Oz: So what do you think? Where you wanna
go?
歐茲：所以妳覺得呢？妳想去哪吃？
知道Tara來了又走，讓Willow心情非常複雜，她彷彿沒聽到Oz問的問題，臉上又露出了難過的神色。吃了早餐回到寢室後，Willow滿腹心事地躺在床上，這時室友Buffy也從男友Riley那過夜後回到房內。她看到Willow看來不是很快樂的樣子，卻還搞不清楚狀況。
Buffy: Hey.
芭菲：嘿。
Willow: Hey. You okay?
薇珞：（面無表情）嘿，妳還好吧？
Buffy抓抓脖子。
Buffy: Yeah, I just - I don't wanna talk about it. I wanna
hear about you and Oz. You saw him, right?
芭菲：對，只是……我不想談這個。（笑）我想要聽聽妳跟Oz的事。妳看到他了，是吧？
沉默了好幾秒，Willow才回答。
Willow: I was with him all night.
薇珞：我整晚跟他在一起。
一聽Willow這麼說，Buffy臉上露出了很高興的笑容。
Buffy: All night? Oh my god.
芭菲：整晚？我的天啊。
她興奮地坐到Willow的床前，想聽Willow多跟她分享一點。
Buffy: Wait. Last night was a wolf moon, right?
芭菲：等等。昨晚不是月圓的狼人變身夜嗎？
Willow: Yup.
薇珞：對。
Buffy: Either you're about to tell me
something incredibly kinky, or-
芭菲：（八卦的表情）妳不是想跟我說一些很變態詭異的事，就是……
因為Buffy亂猜，Willow笑了起來。
Willow: No kink. He didn't change, Buffy. He said he was
gonna find a cure, and he did. In Tibet.
薇珞：沒怪事。Buffy，他沒變身。他說他去找秘方，結果他在西藏找到了。
Buffy聽到原來是這樣，表情更是八卦加上興奮開心。
Buffy: (smiling) Oh my god. I can't believe it. (Pause)
Okay, I'm all with the woo-hoo here, and you're not.
芭菲：我的天啊。真不敢相信。（頓了一下，看看Willow的表情一點都不高興）我在這裡喊「太好了」，而妳卻一點也不開心。
Willow看起來還是不會很高興的樣子。
Willow: No, there's "woo" and, and
"hoo." But there's "uh-oh," and... "why now?"
And... it's complicated.
薇珞：不會，我心裡也有說「太好了」。但是也有「糟了」，和……「為什麼挑現在？」而且……事情好複雜。
Buffy: Why complicated?
芭菲：為什麼複雜？
Willow嘆了一口氣，她下定決心跟好友吐露心事，於是她望向Buffy的臉，堅定地說。
Willow: It's complicated... because of Tara.
薇珞：事情會複雜……是因為Tara。
Buffy: (frowns) You mean Tara has a crush on
Oz? No.
芭菲：（皺眉）妳說Tara喜歡Oz？不會吧。
Willow繼續望著Buffy，這時Buffy突然領悟，原來是Willow愛上了Tara，她被這突然得知的訊息一時間弄得慌了手腳。
Buffy: Oh!
芭菲：喔！
Willow緊張地對著Buffy微笑了一下。Buffy從Willow床上站了起來，表情變得不大自然。
Buffy: Oh. Um... well... that's great. You
know, I mean, I think Tara's a, a really great girl, Will.
芭菲：喔。嗯……這個……那真是太好了。妳知道，我是說，我想Tara是一個、一個很棒的的女孩子，Willow。
Willow總算開心地笑了一笑。
Willow: She is. And... there's something between
us. It-it wasn't something I was looking for. It's just powerful. And it's
totally different from what Oz and I have.
薇珞：她的確是。而且……我們之間有種感覺。那、那種感覺不是我從前追求的，但是卻強大無比。這和我之前和Oz的感情完全不同。
Buffy還是很不自在，她很誇張地聳聳肩，裝做無所謂的樣子，並在Willow的床四周走來走去。
Buffy: Well, there you go, I mean, you know,
you have to - you have to follow your heart, Will. And that's what's important,
Will.
芭菲：嗯，妳找到了。我是說，妳知道的，妳必須……妳必須跟著心中的感覺，Willow。而且那才重要，Willow。
Willow奇怪地看了看Buffy。
Willow: Why do you keep saying my name like
that?
薇珞：妳為什麼老提我的名字？
Buffy緊張地假笑了一下，還是裝得沒事一樣。
Buffy: Like what, Will?
芭菲：比如說怎樣呢？Willow？
Willow從床上坐了起來，皺著眉頭看看Buffy。
Willow: Are you freaked?
薇珞：妳在害怕嗎？
Buffy: What? No, Will, d-
芭菲：什麼？才不會呢，Willow。
說到這，Buffy總算發覺自己太過緊張，她嘆了口氣，坐在Willow床前，很認真地說。
Buffy: No. No, absolutely no to that question.
芭菲：不會。我的答案就是絕對不會。
Willow還是看來不大相信地看著Buffy。
Buffy: I'm glad you told me. What did you
say to Oz?
芭菲：我很高興妳告訴我。妳跟Oz怎麼說的？
Willow: I was gonna tell him ... but then we started
hanging out, and ... I could just feel everything coming back. He's Oz, you
know?
薇珞：我本來要跟他說的……但是等我們一聊開……一切的感覺又回來了。（頓了一頓）他可是Oz啊，妳知道嗎？
Buffy: Yeah. I know.
芭菲：是啊，我知道。
Willow: I don't wanna hurt anyone, Buffy.
薇珞：我不想傷害任何人，Buffy。
Buffy: No matter what, somebody's gonna get
hurt. And the important thing is, you just have to be honest, or it's gonna be
a lot worse.
芭菲：無論如何，這件事一定會有人受到傷害。而且重要的是，妳必須誠實，否則事情會更糟。
Willow聽了Buffy這好友的一番話，點點頭。
